Have you ever had to reserve a table 2 months in advance? I just have. I made the reservation today and the earliest available day for 2 people was 5th November! I didn’t have any choice so I booked it :)
If you wonder why we have to wait so long, it is because the chef is Albert Adrià who was working with Ferran Adrià in El Bulli which was the best restaurant in the world. Unfortunately, it was shut down in 2011.
Now there is this restaurant for the people who weren’t lucky enough to eat at El Bulli.
Apart from Tickets Bar which is a tapas bar, Albert Adrià’s has other restaurant 41º Experience which has degustation menu that costs 200€ without drink. We pass that option until we win the lottery :-)
So are waiting now, hoping that we won’t forget the day and miss the dinner :)
